On Corporations
"They cannot commit treason, nor be outlawed, nor excommunicated, for they have no souls."
I look at it much like a puppet. It is what the people pulling the strings make it. I believe a corporation itself can be evil if those behind the scenes make it so.
I practice as a civil litigation attorney, in Rancho Cucamonga, at a small firm. I have a focus on civil defense - primarily medical malpractice defense - but represent both plaintiffs and defendants in many interesting areas of law.
On Tuesdays (Wednesdays in the summer) I teach agency and partnership law to California Southern Law School students.
Gives us incentive to pierce the corporate veil to get to those who do commit deviant acts!
